To make the entire gossip interesting I will read your mind and will come up with the questions that would be arising in your mind while thinking about the WORLD CUP and within these questions you will get your result of what you have searched for (schedule).
When was the first World Cup held?

 The first World Cup was held in the year of 1975 in June at England.
 
Who was the host of the first World Cup?
 
The first World Cup was hosted by England, the only nation at that time to promote cricket at a higher level and put forward the resources to host such a huge event. Though for the first three tournaments World Cup was considered as PRUDENTIAL CUP because a financial services company Prudential plc used to sponsor the tournaments.
 
How many teams did participate in it?
 
All total of 8 teams participated in the first tournament, which included England, Australia, India, Pakistan, West Indies, New Zealand, Sri Lanka. Along with these 7 teams South Africa was also a part of the First World Cup but due to their Sports Boycott, they were unable to complete the tournament.
 
Which team won the First world cup?
 
The black giants WEST INDIES won the first World Cup by defeating Australia by 15 runs in the final.
 
What’s the winner list of World Cup till 2019?

When AND Where is the world cup 2019 going to be held?
 
The 12th edition of World Cup is going to be held on 30th May at England and are hosted by ENGLAND and WALES.

ENGLAND, INDIA, PAKISTAN, AUSTRALIA, SOUTH AFRICA, NEW ZEALAND, BANGLADESH, SRI LANKA, AFGHANISTAN, WEST INDIES
 
What’s the schedule of WC 2019?
 
So the most awaiting question of our entire gossip is here.  The World Cup is scheduled from 30th MAY – 14th JULY, 2019 where 10 teams will fight for one title.
 
England along with the teams with top 7 ONE-DAY ranking in ICC ( INDIA, PAKISTAN, AUSTRALIA, SOUTH AFRICA, NEW ZEALAND, BANGLADESH, SRI LANKA) have automatically qualified whereas the remaining two seats are for the teams who will come through qualifiers. The two teams who have qualified and occupied their position in the list are AGHANISTAN and WEST INDIES.
 
This time the tournament format will be Round-robin and Knockout where all the teams will play against each other once which means each team will get a chance to play 9 matches. All these league matches will continue till 6th July 2019. After the completion of total 45 matches of the tournament, the top four teams at the end will be qualified for the knock out stage.
 
At 9th July and 11th July, the semi-finals will be held where the finalists of THE TOURNAMENT will be decided. And at last on 14th July 2019, this mega event will come to an end with the decision of winner of WORLD CUP 2019.
